Saturation Level

Every internal system has a maximum capacity for handling information and stress. When systemic overload is reached, the founder can no longer distinguish between high and low priority tasks. Everything feels equally urgent and equally impossible.

The brain begins to throttle performance to protect itself from damage.

Resource Depletion

Continuous operation at the limit of capacity drains the reserves of energy and attention that are normally kept for emergencies. Once these reserves are gone, the founder has no way to recover from even a small setback. Sleep and food are no longer enough to restore the system.

The body starts to shut down non-essential functions.

Operational Ceiling

Growth is limited by the maximum throughput of the leader’s cognitive and emotional system. Pushing past this ceiling without changing the structure of the work leads to diminishing returns. A founder must delegate or simplify before the overload becomes permanent.

Failure to do so results in a complete breakdown.
